Most of the time, you really should use an LED flasher relay instead of using a load resistor… using a resistor eliminates half the reason for using LED turn signals.

So on a 370 Z, if I have switchback bulbs, I wire the resistor to the green wire and solid black wire?

You just answered why i thought my “bad blinkers” were still going strong after 3 years of owning the car.. the guy the had it before me changed all the lights to LED.. haha awesome, looks like ill need some load resistors

Please mod the 370z tail lights! We been waiting for tail light mods for years but no one does it.

A good lens restore goes so far, especially on the inside that can't normally be reached! I polished the inside of my lenses the other week while respraying the inserts and the difference was amazing. Not sure if you remember, but in one of the live chat videos I asked about getting rid of haze from the inside after paint had gassed off inside the headlight. Took a bit of work but cleaned up perfect, until I marked the inside up putting the inserts back in.. HA! Another quick polish and came up mint in the end! Still haven't polished the outside of the lens yet.. This weekends job.

So when my 350 is running, the headlights are always on. now with them on, is it impossible to ever have the demon eyes show while the car is running? im wondering for rolling shots/edits if theres a way to have the demon eyes show. i already installed the rgb profile prism but havent done the wiring yet. seems to be no videos out there that explain this. thanks!

Hey Chris I question, I am starting a project on restoring a pair of headlights for a Volvo. These particular headlights have internal wiring. Do you think it’s safe to bake them in order to open lens or is there a much safer way of opening without burning internal wiring.

Chris, did you have to add the load resistor to the rear turn signals as well (assuming they were also swapped to LED bulbs)?
