What is your favorite color for a Fog light? Yellow or white?

These are normal fog lights, but i have jdm led bulbs inside a lot of times. What people want to do is black out the inside of their lights. But if you do that, for these fog lights, it's not going to be able to push light out anymore. It'll just plug into the stock harness and it twists right into place inside of the housing.
A lot of people will put crazy high-powered led bulbs in here, but the problem is, it can light up all the fog in front of them. Purpose of a fog light is to hit the ground right in front of the car and let them see the road even if there's dense fog out. What's your favorite color for fog, lights, yellow or white.
Chris, I love your work but using the type of LED bulb you're showing in the video is a recipe for disaster. Automotive reflector-based headlights and fog lights are designed in such a way that requires the filament in the original halogen bulb to be placed in a very precise point in the reflector, producing a very defined cutoff line in order to not blind oncoming traffic. The bulb you demonstrate throws these principles out the window and forces the fog light to shine like a spotlight instead. If you want to know a little more on this topic, let me know. I can also shoot you a few links of proper LED bulbs that'll do the trick without the above mentioned issues. Great job otherwise!
Where's your shop at I have some ugly headlights I need to update?
Yellow is the best in regards to use in inclement weather. The light beam cuts through the fog, rain, or whatever weather you are dealing with much better over say 6k.
The yellow light may not be as cool to look at, but as far as function goes, you don't get that annoying glare hitting your eyes like a white light would.
Personal opinion, I prefer the yellow hid bulbs vs. a sleeve LED, lens cover or just a simple yellow lens.

Yellow, but I've got amber with basic amber / white switchback functions gathering dust waiting to go in. I like amber / yellow as fog or otherwise because you get about as much visibility with way less eye strain.
Yellow for fog lights, otherwise they're just a second set of driving lights
I like the white but the yellow looks cool from day one and the yellow is getting in style.
I have dual colour led fog lights. Yellow for fog so the light cuts through the fog and enhances visibility and white for using as normal driving lights when there is no fog.
I have Diode Dinamics SS3 Max SAE Fog lights in Yellow. Expensive, but amazing
I love the difference yellow fogs make in crappy weather. Especially when driving on roads that don't have center line reflectors or reflective lines at all….
