Our customer just picked up this car and let us tear it apart right away. We removed the headlights, and opened them up to drill 64 holes perfectly even across the entire width of the inner bezel. Our SRLSS system uses a custom coded micro controller to power on White LEDs for running lights, and Amber LEDs sequentially for turn signals. This works by internally wiring the whole project. The lights are actually plug and play.
Everything inside the units was sprayed in a high gloss "40 Black" to match the car's exterior body color. This LED system is adaptable to most any vehicle, as long as there is enough width and flat surface to mount the LEDs individually. There are over 100 unique soldered joints in these headlights to pull off the install, all tucked inside the light with only the LEDs themselves showing.
