I hate seeing the shop close… I hope everything goes well. O.o" I don't work from a shop homie…. I work in my backyard….but I don't have a "famous" YouTube either – honestly ALOT of channels have found 88-98 c/k a "safe bet" …. Theirs a reason… Almost everyone has one and it's a 10 year gap of accessable parts.

80/20 theory is something that changes you along the way. I've had to boldly apply that multiple times. Also, knowing when to pivot is critical in business. I've had shops, multiple times…did everything from engine management tuning/dyno, to engine building, to importing, to manufacturing forced induction components. Burnout happens and you really need to work hard to find that recipe that makes you happy. Some people work for money, some people work for accomplishment and pride with money as the byproduct. I think in business, you HAVE to love it, or it'll ruin your life. I've had a restaurant, videography company, multiple shops and event company…multiple online ventures…you just have to keep pushing. Nothing is failure…it's all part of the pathway to that success entrepreneurs continually push for. Been with ya a long time as a sub…gimme the access bro.
