are these aftermarket??? my E36 headlights are glass.
Where are you located?
I have glass lights. But i want to change the glass. And i have them new..today tryed to change it but its sealed with black glue. I didnt understand how to get off it… coul you help?
Or you could use an angle grinder with cut off blades on them to be more of a savage😂😂
Can't you just bake them in the oven to soften the glue or is it permanent ?

How you reopen a permatex Headlights? Do you have to heat them like butyl or just go cut them(

Without the screw you think the glue holds well into the lense?
You might want to consider wearing a mask or respirator suitable for filtering the types of particles that'll be flying around when cutting. You'd be surprised the damage that can be done to the body when breathing into minute particles over extended periods of time. Possibly even do it outside while wearing a respirator to prevent other staff members breathing that stuff in. Look after your health 🙂
