Water INSIDE Headlights!!! Why You NEED to run Fender Liners
I packed in a ton into Wednesday last week. We visited my family's old building they recently sold, to look at getting new racks for the shop. Then we drove down the street to Aerowerkz to help with the GTR and check out a customers car with reported leaking in the headlight.
What I found made a lot of sense. The car is slammed static, and to make room for the drop, or possibly just while driving on the road, the passenger side fender liner was completely gone. The result was a light filled with water, that caused the LED low beam to fry inside the light.
HUGE lesson to anyone watching. Those fender liners are there not only to protect against the water that can continuously soak the back of the lights, potentially filling drain plugs and even getting water up through them, but also also to act as a shield against rocks and debris that can put holes, cracks, and chips in the back of the lights.

Hey. I'm from malaysia..i like your hard work.. great video 👍🤘
Hey brother, I had the same problem in my headlight. Can you order or know how I can get another one of those power sources for inside the headlight without having to replace the whole headlight?
I'm down with the group, and I'm so glad you told me about the fenders liner thing, so close to taking it out.
Yes to the group. 100%.
I'm leaving the Millitary soon and looking to go head first into every aspect of customization for every vehicle. I would be 100% interested in the group. Easiest way for me to respond is Instagram @kaotic_designs
I'm in for the group 100%
