Almost nobody out there has really seen the process of custom building sequential LED lights. You may have seen the end result floating around Instagram and Facebook, but the process of going from stock lights to fully modified wiring, isn't really something you'll find a guide, or a kit to help you with.
If I were to break this down into steps, it'd look like this:
1. Open the lights
2. Trace down all power and ground wires for each LED
3. Strip, solder and heatshrink all ground wires, each with its own resistor
4. Connect all power wires together
5. Solder ribbon cable with connector for Ghozt sequencers
6. Reassemble and Reseal the Lights
7. Build Wire Harness to power Ghozt

What would be a good place to get all the materials? Are those custom housings or 3d printed?

Too many splices. You should look into buying a very cheap tool for 40-pin IDE (out dated) ribbon cable plugs, and also install matching header sockets at each light fixture.
