Hi thanks for sharing I’d like to know what is temperature in Celsius or farhrenheit of the oven and for how long do u keep it in for
Thanks
How do you know if a headlight has permaseal
It would be nice to see the time/temp of the oven heating
How do you remove the Glue easily ?
Hi do u know how to separate side fender indicators they are factory glued not rubber sealant like headlamps
what is your oven temp set at?
Are you able to put the headlight back into the oven once the led’s are installed?
How canu remove the old seal?
What’s the name of the machine – I want one
Can i use butyl as a replacement for permaseal?
So earlier today I wired the fuse adapter and the wires for the demon eyes into my car and I have a set of head lights opened up right now, when re sealing the headlights do I re heat them back together with the glue that’s there or do I have to remove all glue from the lens and headlight? If so what’s the best way to remove that glue
Hey Dude, I would love to see that blue machine in action. Does it make your job a lot faster? Is the consistency the same as the butyl glue? If your glue comes out melted, does it mean you don't need to bake the headlight in the oven? So many questions, would appreciate your answers, thanks!
Also I just realized this is Tung’s car! Great build in person!
Man thank you for the great tip of putting the headlight in the oven first with glue in the sealing channels before you put the lense on! I always put the headlight and Lense together into the oven but if you heat the glue up first you’ll be able to properly close it better!
Hey nice job! I'm wondering what type of "seal glue" did you use? And if I can get on ebay?
