Is there a way for me to do a custom pattern on my 06 acura tl tail lights wiyh some kind of controller without rewiring it

In highly experienced with arduino coding and such. I have plans to build some sequential indicators and tail lights for my 93 3000GT VR4. The taillights are already super cool looking, so I think they have plenty potential
