These headlights have been completely gutted, and every piece has been modified. The black chrome inner bezel has been drilled into and fit with 16 chrome reflectors containing intensely bright 50ma White Nichia LEDs as well as Amber LEDs for Sequential Turn Signals. FlyRyde's own SRLSS (Switchback Running Lights w/ Sequential Signals) give this car a look you will never find duplicated anywhere else.
The opening sequence of the white lights fan out at half power, than come back together at full power for a very attractive effect. This set of lights has 2 separate control switches to activate a fully functioning, precision aimed secondary projector, as well as the Switchback Angel Eyes and front winkers. The inner projector is Bi-Xenon, meaning that while engaged in low beam mode, the GTR is putting out more than double the power of the stock low beams alone. The crystal clear lens on these MH1 projectors provides a sharp cut off line, with a step to keep the output lower on the side of oncoming traffic. In High beam mode, a window inside the projector flips down to allow more light to escape using the same HID bulb instead of the typical yellow colored halogen bulb in the stock high beam.
The Angel Eyes, LED signal bulbs, and front winkers are all using a Bi-Color LED that lights up 7000K White, and turns to Amber when the signals or hazards are engaged. The entire inner shroud has been modified using a process of vacuum forming plastic front and rear caps, to give an OEM look to the secondary projector, as well as accommodate the extra space needed to house the new HID bulb.
The Shrouds have been painted a Gloss Black, and the inner chrome reflector for the signal bulb has been matched a Black Chrome finish to look the same as the inner bezel.
