Running a Business is Hard Work

Now I don’t want to create more videos like this one, but I did this once, just to give some real transparent insight into the other sides of my business.
There have been many times when customers (or potential customers) assume what I’m up to, must be more exciting or more lucrative than the project they are waiting for (or wanting me to take on). This might be what I’m doing the day that, in their mind, I should be building their lights.
With 8 million other things to do, I had to take a couple days to pick up some racks for the shop, work like a beast, and be a one man army. So much more to this little business than just taking money and building lights.
You can’t say yes to everyone, and sometimes you need to steer the ship in the direction that 100 other people don't want you to.

Amen… This is why I get so frustrated when people preach that entrepreneurship is for everyone. It's not for everyone in my opinion. You have to have a LOT of passion about what you are doing & why you are doing it but most importantly -> strong self-discipline. I preach this same message that you do and you are more than a decade ahead of me. So proud of everything you have accomplished over the years. Love this video 🙂 Keep grinding
