Hi, what tools that you use to remove wire from socket?
Can you make a video tutorial on connecting multiple lights to XK module? Like converting Profile lights etc, adding additional lights.
You can probably contact twitch Customer service and speak with them and they'll ask for some type of verification for who you are and maybe that will help.

Bro amazing vid like always so much info I just have a quick question
I did my brother in-laws underglow kit in his 2015 wrx and it was fine but the wire that I ran was close to the engine bay I didnt think it would have burnt but it did I'm thinking it was beacuse the cable are really small I cut the burnt wire stripped it and soldered and 18 gauge wire beacse I didnt have any smaller wire to use so my question is will it over power the small wire? The current is set like this the volts are coming in from a small wire to a 18 gauge to a small wire that then is connected to the underglow , will this cause a problem and should I replace it with the same wire gauge? Sorry for the long comment man
🤔weird request, but has anyone ever asked you to add fog lights to the '18 and '19 sti along with custom headlights? They never came with the harness but have the button wiring all pre-wired.
